The RAD-Series RADIUS Server is officially supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions 4.x, 5.x and 6.x on the Intel x86 architecture. This means that every release of the RAD-Series RADIUS Server undergoes an exhaustive set of regression tests on each of these operating systems and that Interlink Networks is prepared to reproduce and correct customer problems on these operating systems. Interlink Networks will fully support the configuration and troubleshooting questions of customers running RAD-Series on other Linux distributions. However, Interlink Networks is not in a position to reproduce and guarantee resolution of OS specific issues on other Linux distributions.
We have yet to find a Linux distribution where the RAD-Series has any issues and customers are running RAD-Series on other Linux distributions including
- CentOS
- Ubuntu
- Fedora
Interlink Networks has plans to expand its laboratory and to add other Linux distributions to its extensive regression testing. As Linux distributions are added in the lab we will be updating this FAQ.
If you need to run RAD-Series on a Linux distribution which is not listed above please contact sales to request a free evaluation of the software. Also, please tell us more about your requirements by submitting a feature request.
