Interlink Networks, LLC announces the release of RAD-Series RADIUS Version 7.5. Telecommunications providers, ISPs, business enterprises, and universities alike have used the RAD-Series RADIUS server’s Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) services to secure their wired and wireless networks since 1992. This incremental release is focused on delivering improvements in tunneled EAP methods such as PEAP. New features include upgraded cryptography libraries with support for Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), MTU configuration within tunneled protocols, and expanded SSL debugging options.
In preparation for the upcoming redesigned Session Manager project, the sesstab utility has been updated and a feature added to make Session Collision Checking a configurable option. Additionally, several minor fixes and improvements have been made to PROLDAP (LDAP interface) and the Server Manger (graphical user interface), which has been upgraded to changes in recent releases of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). Please see the RAD-Series Version 7.5 release notes for complete details. RAD-Series Version 7.5 is available for both the Sun Solaris and Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems. Customers with current maintenance contracts are entitled to Version 7.5 as a free upgrade. New licenses and evaluations can be requested by contacting sales.
